MATCH BALLS
In USA TENNIS TOUR matches, all matches will begin with one can of ITF approved tennis balls to begin their match.
If a tennis ball is lost, damaged, unpressurized, or unplayable or unsatisfactory to the players, the ball will be replaced with a new ball or a ball similar bounce height compared to the remaining balls.
New balls issued for final set play.
FINAL SET BALLS
New balls for the 3rd Set.

Semifinal and Final Ball Rule Implementation may be In Affect
In semifinals and finals matches, new balls will be delivered and switched out every 9 games.
CLAY COURT EVENTS
Clay court events will always use soft court tennis balls and balls intended for use on clay.
HARD COURT EVENTS
Hard, indoor and other hard surface events will use extra duty or hard court tennis balls for all events.
Balls and Equipment
ITF approved balls will be used for all USATT Pro Circuit events.
Balls will vary based on court surface, weather & climate & the event itself.
Using ITF approved tennis balls will ensure the quality of the matches & the tournament.
