FRIENDS OF LAKEBOTTOM FUND is a public private partnership between Columbus Parks & Recreation & 21Ace Tennis Events, LLC, USA TENNIS TOUR. The Columbus Parks & Recreation Department has been involved since the start, when they approved the resolution to launch the Friends of Lakebottom Fund in front of the Columbus City Council in 2020.
